  • Medium mixing bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups Bisquick
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 12 oz beer warm
  • cooking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
  • Spray the cups of your muffin tin with cooking spray.
  • Heat your beer until wisps of steam begin to appear.
  • Whisk together the Bisquick and sugar, and then pour in the beer. Mix to combine.
  • Fill each cup of the muffin tin to ¾ full.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
