Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Spray the cups of your muffin tin with cooking spray.
Heat your beer until wisps of steam begin to appear.
Whisk together the Bisquick and sugar, and then pour in the beer. Mix to combine.
Fill each cup of the muffin tin to ¾ full.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
